Review your receipts.  In fact, hold on to a month&#8217;s worth.  Cross off staples like milk and eggs &#8211; &#8220;whatever&#8217;s left are extras you can live without.  Try shopping on weekends when you&#8217;re not so tired and willpower is not so low.  7.  CONSIDER ANOTHER STORE.  Compare prices.  Some good tips here!</p>
